Fees
Our fee structure is as flexible as our services. We can put you on a monthly retainer, charge by the hour, and/or charge for a specific service. A summary of our fees are as follows:
Weekly checklist visits (4 per month) $100.00/month
Bi-weekly checklist visits (2 per month) $ 75.00/month
Monthly checklist visit (1 per month) $ 50.00/month
Concierge Arrival Service $ 25.00/hour (Minimum 4 hours)
Concierge Departure Service $ 25.00/hour (Minimum 4 hours)
General Concierge Service $ 35.00/hour (Minimum 1 hour)
Charges for "wait time" $ 35.00/hour and $15.00/hour for add'l hours
Airport pickup travel time is billed at 1 hour minimum then in ½ hour increments.
All Concierge services are billed at a 1 hour minimum and then billed in ½ hour increments. Service fees do not include out-of-pocket expenses. Out-of-pocket expenses (groceries, etc.) will be billed separately and are due when incurred or in advance.
Whenever you or your guests occupy your property, Beach Cities (unless requested) will not visit your home and you will not be charged.
Services are invoiced at the end of the month and are due upon receipt. Non-payment of an invoice will result in cessation of Beach Cities HomeWatch Services. Fees are subject to change.
