Application Process
We believe the most important step in the process we believe is a face-to-face meeting at the potential homeowner’s property. This meeting not only gives us a chance to see the property and discuss your needs but also to accurately price the service. In this business, relationships are everything. During our initial face to face meeting the homeowner should be asking him or herself:
- Do I feel comfortable with this person?
- Do I want this person in my home?
- Since this person may be representing me, do I like his manner and appearance?
- Have they been in business long enough to have established a good infrastructure and a strong list of reputable vendors and suppliers?
If a face-to-face meeting is impractical, then filling out the Beach Cities Service Application will suffice. All information gathered is held in the strictest confidence and is never disclosed or discussed with anyone. We will immediately fax or email the Beach Cities Service Application to you when requested. If you are presently using the services of a friend or Real Estate Agent to watch your property I will be happy to meet with them to gather information on your property. We will need to gather access information such as:
- Is the property community gate guarded?
- Is there an access code/card/ for entry through the gate?
- Is someone currently "watching" the property?
- Keys for the property. What are the home Security System access codes?
- Who is the Security System provider?
- Home Owner Association name and phone number.
Additionally, we need all email addresses and phone numbers in order to easily contact you at any time.
